Cason Development Group Develops Orangeburg Taco Bell

COLUMBIA, SC, December 8, 2015 — Cason Development Group announces the development of a new Taco Bell restaurant at 3259 St. Matthews Road in Orangeburg County.

The 2,200-square-foot, free-standing restaurant and drive-thru will be located in the busy Highway 601 corridor between Interstate 26 and the city of Orangeburg. The vacant lot where the restaurant will be built is between a Dollar General store and an auto dealership and is less than a mile from the I-26 interchange. (more…)

Cason Development Group plans restaurant for North Main property

A former auto repair shop in the Cottontown neighborhood of Columbia is being redeveloped to serve as the future home of a restaurant.

Cason Development Group today announced plans to acquire and renovate 1209 Franklin St., a 2,400-square-foot building that had been used in recent years for auto storage. The build is just off North Main Street.  READ MORE
