Will Kitchens began his career at Cason Development Group as an intern in 2017 and transitioned to a full-time role in 2018 after graduating from the University of South Carolina Honors College where he earned bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Real Estate. In 2020 he went to work for Mauldin & Jenkins, a regional public accounting firm where he specialized in tax and earned his designation as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In 2023, Will rejoined CDG as Director of Finance. Originally from Columbia, Will’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, the outdoors, golf, and all things Gamecock Athletics
