Courtney Melendez joined Cason Development Group in August 2023. With a background of leadership roles spanning sales, operations, marketing and nonprofit management, she brings a wealth of expertise to our team.
While serving as Executive Assistant, Courtney also oversees our office operations and provides support with bookkeeping, marketing initiatives, and research efforts.
Beyond her professional commitments, Courtney serves on the Leadership Columbia Advisory Board and she and her husband, Mario, are active members of Downtown Church. They live in downtown Columbia with their rescue dog, Gia, and can often be found frequenting the local restaurant scene. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys tackling DIY projects at home, backpacking, attending music festivals, traveling, and cheering on the Gamecocks.
