Sam Williams joined Cason Development Group in the fall of 2022 after nearly 14 years in construction management in both high-end residential and commercial construction across South Carolina. He focused mostly in historical renovations, retail, healthcare, and K-12 projects. Sam is able to use his extensive background to bring new relationships and a deep knowledge as the Director of Construction for CDG. A native of Columbia, Sam attended Clemson University where he earned a degree in business management. He is actively involved as a deacon and volunteer leader at Shandon Baptist Church. During his personal time, Sam cheers on his Clemson Tigers and enjoys spending time and taking trips with his wife and four young children.
